Solai Sakthivel is the Senior Vice President & Head of Buying & Merchandising (Food Business) at SPAR Hypermarkets. He is responsible for leading the growth of SPAR Hypermarket’s food business across divisions like FMCG, Staples, Dairy/Frozen, Liquor, Fish & Meat, Fruits & Vegetables and Live Kitchen. Additionally, he is also in-charge of departments like Private Label, Space Planning & Quality/Compliance. He joined SPAR Hypermarkets, after having successful stints with companies like Amazon, Walmart, ABRL & Future Group handling multiple roles over the last 15 years.
